How am I supposed to enjoy the vuvuzela’s when there that ridiculous football going on? Fifa should ban the football from the vuvuzela concerts, it’s becoming almost impossible to listen!

Tomorrow I’m going to watch the JV football team at 4:15 and I don’t know what to wear. I can’t wear my school shirt (which is the varsity football team shirt) because my shirt clearly says varsity. Any cute ideas for an outfit when it’s about 70-80 degrees?

Question by : What is the football video clip advertised in cinemark theaters that is about teamwork?
It is about a running back who makes it into the end zone for a touchdown then the video reverses back and it shows all of his teammates helping him to make it possible. I play on a football team and I would like to show this video to my teammates but I can’t find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am playing football this year as a freshman at my high school. I am very tall for my age but very lean but strong, only have average speed, and play defensive end. Football is defenately my main sport and i want to become as good as posible over the off season. Should i lift all off season until next summer, lift in the winter and spring but also play rugby, of lift in the winter and do track in the spring which i am leaning to doing? Also if i do track what events should i do?

I strongly believe that the 2004-2005 USC Trojans are the best college football team ever. They were bigger, faster, stronger than any other team. They had an offense that clicked on all cylinders, a fierce defense, and good special teams. I STRONGLY believe that if that team would face any team from the SEC within the past 5 years, they would eat them up and prove that the SEC is overrated. Anyone agree? If not, what is the best college football team ever? Give the year too please.

Some times it feels like I don’t have a good control of the football. And the ball feels really hard to throw and grip. I changed me grip a few times but I seem to still struggle with throwing a football beautifully. Any former quarterbacks who can give me any tips on throwing a football?

there are a few things.
1. you have to have correct fingering. for me (I am 6’3, so I probably have bigger hands than normal) I put my ring finger on the 3rd strap and my small finger on the 1st strap. just put your fingers where your index finger won’t be further than half way from the 1st strap to the end of the football.
2. get your footwork down. learn to do a 3-step drop, put the ball in the right place, follow through, etc.
3. there are probably some videos on Youtube you can search up, look up “how to throw a football” or something like that.
4. just practice. practice makes perfect.

Question by Nate: Why is college football so much more popular than minor league baseball?
People don’t watch minor league baseball very much becasue the talent level is much lower than in MLB. But millions watch college football every week, despite the fact that the talent level is much lower than in the NFL.

I understand that some people like to support their college. But a lot of poeple who didn’t even go to college still watch college football.

Now, I enjoy a college football game or a minor league baseball game every now and then. But I’m not sure why college football has so many die hard fans when there is a clearly superior product available in the pros. Can someone please explain?

The short answer is television. College football is a lot more marketable than AAA baseball so therefore there is a lot more money to be made. Although Minor League baseball teams are affiliated with Major League ballclubs…televising their games would be a direct competitor to their major league counterparts since baseball is a game played on a daily basis. You seldom have that problem with College Football vs. NFL since College games are played on Saturdays while NFL games are played on Sundays.

My friend and I are going to jump in and play fantasy football this year, against each other. (We asked a bunch of our other friends, but no one else is interested.)

Question. What hosting site do you prefer and why? What sites to avoid?

Our only criteria right now is that initially, we want a free site. Also, one that caters to newbies is probably preferred, since we might not know what we’re doing for awhile.

nfl.com is a great site for begginers

the instructions are laid out clearly and registration takes 1 min. (+ its 100% free). after signing up, there are plenty of leagues to choose from, i reccomend using the nfl.com standard leagues and not the custom since this is your first year. espn.com is also another good place.
