If you really want to commit to get really good over the summer, try going for private lessons. Just look up some tennis clubs around your area who offer private lessons. The downside is the price. It’ll probably be like $ 50 an hour. Another alternative is taking group lessons. It’s much cheaper and usually offers monthly programs.

Once a year, maybe? Hmm, maybe not even that frequently.

Every time they come out with a new bag design, it takes money to bring it to the market. So, if they can wait and sell the bags that they’ve already designed *and* manufactured, the company saves money.

You might look at the Prince web site; they might have a new bag design before 10s warehouse is finished selling the bags they’ve already got sitting in a large building somewhere

The height of the trash can is 30 inches, and the radius is 12 inches.
The tennis ball has a Circumference of about 12 inches.
We have to find the number of how many tennis balls are in the trash can, or close to the number.
I have done this, but I don;t know if my answer is accurate or not.

The answer is about 1184 tennis balls. To solve this prolbem, you have to use a lot of formulas. But first, calculate the volume of a trash can. Since the shape of a trash can is a cylinder, you would logically use the formula V= pi(r squared)(h) derived from the formula V=BH. Next, use the given information by substituting the given data into the formula. (substitute 30 for h, 12 for r). Next, solve for v by calculating “pi(12 squared)(30)”. You get about 4320 pi as the volume of the trash can. Next, to find the number of tennis balls, you have to find the area of one tennis ball. But the area involves the radiius, and you can find the value from the circumfrence. Use the formula for circumfrence of a circle, to find the value of the radius. (substitute C for 12). To solve for C you divide 2 on both sides and then by pi on both sides. You get (6/pi) as the radius. Find the area of a tennis ball, by using the area formula of a circle by substituting (6/pi) as r. You get 36/pi as the area. Finnaly, since the number of tennis balls equals the volume of the trash can / the area of one tennis ball. You would set up the equation N=V/A. Subsutute the volume of a trash can, and the area of a circle for V/A, then divide the two values. You get about 1184 tennis balls as an answer.

I’m 14 and I will maybe make my tennis team at school, and practice starts soon, so we’ll be practicing for about two months in cold weather, and wasn’t really sure what to wear? Pants or like tennis leggings underneath shorts or a skirt? It doesn’t really get that cold where I live, but I need more than a skirt or shorts. Also, any pictures of anything would be greatly appreciated!:) Thanks.

Just wear sweats and a long sleeve or jacket. Anything you find comfortable will do. Whatever floats your boat. No one care what you wear in tennis. It’s skill that matters.

You can wear a pair of sweats over your tennis shorts. I do this in the winter. When you first get to the court you can warmup with sweats on then when your body starts to warm up you can take the pants off. Also keep your toes warm. My toes tend to freeze in the winter and I have trouble warming them up on the court.

She has recently returned to gymnastics after being out for 9 months. Before she had weak ankles and tore her achilles tendon. What is the best tennis shoe for her to wear outside the gym?

If it was my child, I would take her to a really Good shoe store or running/sports clinic and ask people who know these problems very well.
A torn AT and her preference for gymnastics are both great reasons for her to have medical opinions– possibly a podiatrist or foot doctor visit would provide her with ORTHOTICS she could wear with various shoes. Custom Orthotics can prevent re-injury as well as support those weak ankles with the right choice of footwear.
