Question by meeeeeee: What is a good muscle building routine that requires no equipment?
Let’s assume I have no weights, no pull-up bar, nothing, as is often the case with me and my travels. What is a good workout that will 1) increase my endurance and 2) build functional but aesthetically pleasing muscle?

Can a child with complex healthcare needs have some equipment, such as a feeding pump? Where can you find these equipment? Are students in wheelchairs need nursing all the time during the days and nights?

a medical supply company will supply this. A child that USES a wheelchair DOES NOT always need nursing.

Question by Fitnessfreak: I purchased a piece of equipment during the start up period for use in my business. How do I account for that?
The business is in the start up phase, it has not started regular operations. Do I debit my start up expense account or do I record it the way I normally would with the equipment and my credit card. I use quickbooks pro. Also, if I purchase the equipment to use in my business, but never end up using it can I still claim depreciation or amortization when my business starts? Please leave your source. Thanks!

Since this is a piece of equipment you simply pick it up on you fixed asset register. Don’t start depreciation until it’s placed in service i.e. you open for business.

Anything not used in the business is not depreciated. Ever.

I would really like to start making my own essential oils from herbs that I have in my garden. However, I have no idea what all equipment is needed in order to do so. I’ve seen it done before, but I didn’t learn the terms for the products used. Can anyone help me out or direct me to a site that has the info?

Question by : Are you allowed to bring soccer boots and other soccer equipment on a plane when traveling overseas?
The soccer boots do not have metal stud and I want to carry them with my carry-on bag and was wondering if you are allowed to. If I can bring it on with my carry-on bag then can I put them in my suitcase or am I not allowed to do that too. How would I get them overseas?

They are just shoes, after all. They will be perfectly fine in carry on luggage or in checked in luggage – either one – does not matter.

Question by : What is difference between lacrosse and hockey equipment bags?
Look to get my brother a lacrosse bag with wheels but there is few to pick from but many hockey bags. Is there a difference between the two because they look really similar.

Not really any difference. Some hockey bags have special skate holders on the outsides which would be pretty much useless for lacrosse.
Unless there is a certain brand he is looking for (ask him) a hockey bag should do the trick.

You need different stuff depending on what kind of camping you are going to do. Most important thing is to be prepared, you never know what kind of unexpected things might happen that you need extra supplies for.
